The Neuspeed 48.10.95 Intercooler is a true front mount intercooler for the Mk6 Golf R and GTI. The OEM intercooler is sandwiched between the radiator and AC condenser and is always exposed to heat, in addition, the airflow is blocked by the bumper. The Neuspeed FMIC relocates the intercooler in front of the radiator and below the bumper to ensure it receives the coldest air possible for maximum IAT reduction.

Neuspeed FMIC Manufacturing:
The Neuspeed Intercooler is made with cast aluminum end-tanks with a bar-and-plate core design. The Intercooler mounts are machined from billet aluminum. The intercooler inlet and outlet hoses are made from silicone.

Neuspeed Front Mount Intercooler Install:
Install of the Neuspeed FMIC requires bumper and bellypan removal, some modification to the core support and air deflectors is necessary.
