The APR CI100043 Carbon Fiber Intake System for the 2.9T replaces the entire intake from the inlet scoop all the way to the turbo inlet. It flows 31% more than stock, reduces pressure drop, and improves turbocharger efficiency. This directly translates to +19 AWHP and +20 AWFT-LBS of torque on top of the APR Stage 1 (93) tune making this a simple upgrade for more power you can feel.

The stock intake system uses small piping that limits the maximum airflow potential to ~400 CFM. Upgrading to the APR intake raises the max airflow to 525 CFM! At the turbo inlet APR uses a billet turbo inlet adapter, should you later upgrade your turbo, a new adapter can be installed to adapt to the larger turbo inlet allowing you to keep the full APR intake system no matter where your upgrade path takes you.

The APR Intake is constructed of 2x2 weave carbon fiber. A 7" pleated cotton filter with frontal inlet is also included. The flange adapters are made from billet aluminum. New OEM gaskets and nuts, bolts, and clamps are included.
