Car Domain VW Mk5 GTI Project – APR Tuned!
Written by Dion on November 12, 2008 – 5:57 pm -Weston from Car Domain came by to get his Rieger’d out Mk5 GTI tuned with APR software.
Stock, 91-octane, and 93-octane programs were loaded to the ECU. The 91-octane program for the Mk5 GTI produces an APR-claimed 246 crank hp and 282 lb./ft. of torque… 252 and 303 respectively on 93-octane which Weston can expect to try out in the event he cruises up north into Canada where 94-octane is more commonly found. Expect a feature on Car Domain blog about their Mk5 GTI project build-up!
