VW (Mk5) R32: 19″ Hartmann HRS6-204 Wheels
Written by Dion on June 21, 2011 – 11:57 am -A quick glance at the new wheel found on the incoming Golf R was enough to convince Willie he wanted a set for his VW (Mk5) R32. Knowing prices would be through the roof on an OE wheel, he gave us a call first to see if we could be of any help. While the Hartmann Wheel line-up doesn’t have an exact match, the HRS6-204 wheel was close enough and offered a slightly more aggressive offset, and in a 19″ diameter! For Willie, it was perfect!
We spoke briefly about suspension so I suspect he’ll be back soon… Right, Willie?

Steve picked out a set of Hartmann HR8-MS Wheels for his Mk5 R32. With his massive Movit brakes and no brake template to work off of, it was difficult for us to gauge whether our wheels would even fit over the giant calipers. We ended up creating a wheel template and sending that to Steve so he could make sure fitment was possible. Once fitment was verified, wheels were shipped out!
