Steve picked out a set of Hartmann HR8 MS Wheels for his Mk5 R32. With his massive Movit brakes and no brake template to work off of, it was difficult for us to gauge whether our wheels would even fit over the giant calipers. We ended up creating a wheel template and sending that to Steve so he could make sure fitment was possible. Once fitment was verified, wheels were shipped out!

Hartmann Mesh 305 Wheels continue to roll out the door!

A popular wheel for the Mk5 crowd, Gabe selected these to compliment the R32 grille. His next mods include APR software upgrade and suspension.

Tyler has been stopping by and getting quite a few upgrades for his VW Mk5 Rabbit 2.5L lately. It first started with a Carbonio Cold Air Intake , then an APR ECU Upgrade once APR sale pricing came into effect. His latest upgrade is the Hartmann HRS4-252 HB wheels in 19×8.5 et47…

A drastic change from stock 15s, the 19s did bring the Rabbit a bit higher up off the ground but Tyler intends to remedy this with H&R Race Springs in the very near future.

Jerry’s Mk5 R32 is finally sittin’ proper now that it’s got a set of 19×8.5″ Hartmann Mesh 305 Wheels underneath it. With the car already lowered on Koni coil-overs, the final stance is truly perfect!

Hartmann Mesh 305s ended up on Kyle’s Mk5 GTI tonight. Not surprising considering the popularity of the wheel really… The 19×8.5 wheels sit nicely under Mk5 fenders with their 48mm offset but Kyle says he plans to push the rears out a touch later using H&R DR-style spacers.

I also need to give an extra-special “shout out” to Mark for making me these Achtuning plate frames – saves me some editing time when I’m going through my pictures.

Nick was itching for a new look to his Zender-equipped Mk5 GTI. At the recommendation of Ryan@FineTuning , he stopped by to take a gander at our wheel display so he could get an up-close-and-personal look at his options. He also had his heart set on some Pirelli P-Zero Nero tires to wrap around a set of 19″ wheels. Once the Hartmann HRS4 – 252 HB was selected, we suggested that he order in a set of 225/35-19s from Tire Rack and we’d take care of the mounting and balancing since he was buying wheels from us – all he had to do was let us know when to expect tires and we were pretty much all set.

Well, tires arrived and an appointment was set up to get wheels installed – but that wasn’t enough! Nick knew that throwing on a set of 19s would in fact change the look to his car, but he wasn’t completely convinced that wheels-only would do the trick, especially after checking out a few cars in our gallery. At the last minute, Nick pulled the trigger and asked us to throw on some STaSIS Streetsport Coilovers while we were at it. Likely a good decision in the end, as Nick’s GTI is now sittin’ proper on our 19×8.5 wheels.
