APR ECU Program Switching now available for VW/Audi 2.0 TSI
Written by Dion on December 9, 2008 – 4:33 pm -APR’s is pleased to announce the new ECU Upgrade for VW and Audi 2.0 TSI Engines is now available with full program switching capabilities of up to 4 unique and individual situation specific calibrations and additional features that installed on your ecu and selected with the factory equipped cruise control.
Installation of additional program features and functionality will be available on Monday, December 15, 2008!
The following programs are available and you may choose up to 4 to be loaded to your ecu simultaneously:
- Stock Mode: Exact OEM ECU Calibration
- 91 Octane Performance Mode
- 93 Octane Performance Mode
- 100 Octane Performance Mode
- Valet Mode
In addition to the programs, APR also adds functionality directly to your ecu with the following features:
- Fault Code Erase: Erases all engine control unit dtc’s
- Security Lockout: Disables additional ECU functionality until secret code is entered
- Anti-theft: Disables throttle input until secret code is entered
