MkV GLI Hartmann + STaSIS Combo!
Written by Skyler on August 25, 2008 – 5:27 pm -Josh met us at the Waterwerks show recently where he had a chance to talk to us in person about his plans for his Jetta GLI. After looking over the wheel choices we had available it was decided to go with the Hartmann B7 HRS4 – 252s and a STaSIS coilover kit. The 19 inch Hartmann B7 HRS4 – 252s were an interesting choice as it was the first time we had gone with such an aggressive fitment on a MkV, normally we would do an ET48 offset on an 8.5″ wide wheel for a MKV fitment however this setup is an ET42 which pushes the wheel out by another 6mm!

This looks awesome!
i drive a 2006 2.5L black Jetta and i have been looking for Rims to match perfectly, and i think i found them. i saw a while jetta with these rims on the road once and realized they were the Audi stock wheels. my only concern with the coil overs is that i live in Canada and i have winter tires, when i switch over to winters, can i adjust the coil overs to increase my ride height in the winter time?

Coilovers would allow you to adjust the ride height between winter and summer seasons if you wished. Remember that adjusting your ride height must be done with no load on the suspension (car in the air) and will affect the alignment.
