Keith drove up from the Portland area today to pick up his $1000 set of RS4 wheels and tires from us, one of very few sets left at this special. Since Keith’s GTI is an ‘08 model, we had to remove the TPM sensors from his stock set-up to transfer to the new wheels.

Over-all a nice upgrade from his stock 17s. Nice meeting you Keith and thanks for the opportunity!

We are pleased to announce our recent sponsorship of the Audi Club NorthWest (ACNW) by assisting in providing loaner helmets for the ACNW’s various driving events throughout the year. The helmets were christened at the recent Matt Ammon Memorial Driving School held at Bremerton Motorsports Park. One of our guys here attended the school and, honestly can’t stop talking about it. One of our customers dropped by with this 987 Cayman S after the H&R Sport Springs we supplied were installed. Today it received an APR ECU upgrade which bumps power to 315hp and 282lb-ft on 91-octane. Quite the “fancy” little package on this Porsche if you ask us…

Power, Sound, Style, these are all qualities that the B7 S4 promises from the factory but for enthusiasts stock is never quite good enough. To this end the owner of this B7 S4 came to us to improve upon those qualities, having seen the results of some of the other S4s we have modified here it was decided to go for the STaSIS Ohlins SL coilovers accompanied by a Neuspeed rear swaybar, STaSIS catback exhaust and a set of 19″ Work VS-XX 3-piece wheels with some 245-35-19 Bridgestone RE760s.

The STaSIS Ohlins SL coilovers allow the car to be lowered while retaining stock like comfort levels, the handling of the car is much improved over stock. Our customers have frequently told us that the setup is “perfect”.

The STaSIS catback exhaust fits the B7 S4 perfectly and the sound is excellent, a nice deep rumble that brings a smile to the face every time the car is started.

The 19″ Work VS-XX 3-piece wheels feature a staggered lip which allows for plenty of brake clearance up front with an aggressive looking deep dish in the rear. Work wheels are made in Japan and are one of the highest quality wheels available in the world. The 245-35-19 Bridgestone RE-760s should ensure plenty of traction.

David contacted us about a week ago looking for more power from his B7 A4 2.0 turbo. After a bit of discussion he decided to go with the APR chip for its nice power increase (over 60HP over stock at some RMS!) as well as its smooth drivability and ability to easily switch back to stock for dealer visits. The APR Exhaust was chosen to add a bit more power and deepen the tone of the exhaust. David also had us install some H&R spacers to get his 19″ RS6 wheels a bit more flush with the fender.

The first B7 we finished today will be getting some custom wheels on it soon and the other was outfitted with our Hartmann 19″ A-R8 wheels and 235-35-19 Bridgestone RE-750s. This cleans us out of 19″ A-R8 wheels until the next shipment arrives but the replacements are already in route and we will have them available in 19×8.5″ with an assortment of different offsets.
